Distances and journey times

Charles de Gaulle Airport is located approximately 45 kilometres from Disneyland Paris.  Traffic in the French capital is extremely busy at any time of day and especially in rush hour.  For this reason, the estimated travel time is around 90 minutes.  The length of the journey will also depend on the number of passengers who have made a reservation for the same time slot, with a maximum of eight passengers for each shared shuttle service.

What is the pick-up time?

For arrivals, it is sufficient just to provide the flight's scheduled arrival time.  With regard to departures, it will be necessary to advise at the time of booking, what time the pick-up is required, bearing in mind a minimum requirement of 3 hours prior to the departure time of your flight. So, for example, if your return flight is scheduled for 17:00, you would need to request a pick-up for 3 hours prior to this time, i.e., at 14:00. Although it may seem that this is a lot of time in advance, the reality is that the traffic in Paris is extremely busy and, because Charles de Gaulle is the largest airport in Paris, there can often be queues to reach the airport as well as for any security controls.

Timetable for the Shuttle Service 

The shuttle service is available every week day, including public holidays and operates from 05:00 in the morning until 21:30 at night. The service is guaranteed for all bookings that are made with a minimum of at least 24 hours in advance of the anticipated transfer time, even if it is just for one passenger who wishes to request a shared journey.  

How to book

You will receive two emails: one email confirming receipt of payment and, a short time after receipt of your request, you will receive a second email confirmation with all the booking details.  An emergency number and all the details of how to reach the meeting point where you will find the driver of your shuttle service will be included in the email.  What is the emergency number?  This is the number that you should use to send a text message in the event of a delay to or cancellation of your flight.
